Is anyone using a business management software program. I am not talking about a simple accounting program, but something that captures a wide range of pertinent information that can help in making decisions about the direction and performance of the business as a whole?

It would help if it were QB compatible, so customer data can be entered one time and the appropriate data fields auto import to the QB program.

Hey Dirk, if you get some info on that, I will pay you! And while you're at it, if you can find any software on keeping your employee's trucks clean, that would be triple!

I know a couple of people who used Wildlife Pro and they loved it. It was not compatible with the accounting software though.

I don't think it is sold or supported anymore though.

Dirk, I've been looking for that type of software also. I tried www.theservicepro.net but it was geared more toward pest control and not wildlife. Let me know if you find something.

just got off the phone with this co, they are going to run me through a demo tomorrow. they have two packages, one is $75 per month, the other is $125 per month. both seem a lot steeper than I was thinking, but ill look at the demo anyway to see if it is worth it.

This is the best software made for a ADC company. Does everything we need to run a med size company with the ability to grow. Won't be much use to a single truck operation thou. Don't know what size company you have, but that matters.
