Anybody able to tell me the hole diameter?

I tried PMing Pogo, but I think he's away from the puter for the time being.

just wanted to see if i've already got them in my hardware collection

mcmaster is cheaper than fastenal, that is, if you regularly order from mcmaster

how do you get the j hook through the washer? Do you have to straigten it out and then rebend it?

You might just have to open the J hook a bit. Then I put them on a vice with the jaws just open enough to allow the J hook to go through. The washer being supported by the vice jaws. Then a whack with a hammer and they usually go right in. It's easier with the 1.5" washers....harder to do on the 2"

I use the fender washers as well but when i pull them out it bends the washer and it wont go back into my driver without jamming. Can you get regular 1-1/2" washers with a 1/4" hole or thicker fender washers? Maybe I could use two of em on one j hook? any advice?

Mine aint disposable. I'm way too cheap for that. But I'm also too lazy to dig em up! Decisions, Decisions....lol.

I've got 4 years on mine. Just put them in a vise with the jaws open enough for the rivet to stick out and hammer them straight and flat...only takes a few seconds per washer once you get going.
