I'm not saying that I have the reason, but I know for a fact that the Wisconsin Trappers Association has had members that would do something similar with smaller traps, only on their face.

While this might be a good method of bringing our point across, I would be tempted to use a celebrity like Whoopi Goldberg. That way any damage would go unnoticed.

That was Rover's Morning Glory radio show in Cleveland, Ohio. That idiot does stuff like that all the time. Pretty mild compared to some of his other stunts. That is why the moron is called Dare Deiter.

While I may stick my hand in a small trap, like a Duke 1 1/2 or #4 soft catch to prove a point, there is no limit to pure stupidity. I'd ventured a bet that this idiot would stick his tongue into a dog proof on a dare.

You now what this proves is that jaws with teeth aren't inhuman and that bear traps are good for catching humans.

I remember an old article in Sports Afield ( I think ) that showed a number of traps that were made for catching humans. As I recall, these traps were about waist high and weren't designed to inflict much injury. They were mainly used to catch runaway slaves and prison escapees. I would imagine that this was one trap that wouldn't need a TrapSmart. All you had to do was listen for the yelling and screaming.

Good thing that was a reproduction trap ...
