DaveK Unregistered D	Moles are not regulated. Mice require a pesticide license, if you use pesticide. Smart folks all obtain liability insurance and workers comp insurance in case you get into trouble.

DaveK Unregistered D	Mouse poision is a rodenticide...which is a pesticide. You need a license if you are going to put rodenticide in another persons house....even if you do it for free. For example, you would need a license to put decon in someone elces home or property.
