First Raccoon pups of the season today she was having her litter in the trap when I went to pick her up this afternoon. That was a close one lol

Same thing happened to me last year got to the clients house and found mom and new litter of pups in the trap just outside of the entry point to the house. One of our guys wrangled a mom with pups yesterday from under a garden shed, he figured they where just born, first ones of the year for our company.

I got a possum like that from underneath a storage building last spring. Too bad I wasn't charging per critter. She had a pouch full of little ones.

I brought her home and turned her loose here. Now I've got a ready supply of possum anytime I decide to bar-b-que one.

Had a customer in San Francisco call in his litter of pups yesterday.

Pulled a female out of a chimney this morning. No pups yet. Should be soon though.

Set up a job for an attic inhabitating raccoon today. Will find out soon what the sex is shortly. Mom, dad or other.

When I was a kid a lady in the neighborhood raise a raccoon pup and it was pretty cool and very tame

Many years ago I got some tame raccoons that a farmer's kid had raised. They were great until breeding season, then they were just as wild as could be. They all ended up on a stretcher.

Most all will turn moody and cranky in time. They are fine for about 6 to 8 mos. then they get testy even if bottle raised.

Bob, my wife says that you just described me perfectly. ( That bottle part especially. In my case it was bottles of Pabst )

First coon pups this week. They are finger length. She keeps setting off the two door comstocks. One more night then manual removal.

Is that the kind of stretcher a hospital uses or a trapper uses??

I've heard many similar stories about coons as pets: adorable, fascinating, trainable, smart..then they grow up. Much like myself.

Got six pups today maybe two weeks old, maybe. Great on the BBQ.

5:14 pm today phone went quack like a Duck . Removed female with 3 just born kits out of a chimney . First ones I've seen . The female was young maybe 8 lbs she was very small for this area . Good sign there getting started before April rolls in knock on wood

Female caught yesterday 3/30/13. Client calls today and heard pups above ceiling last night. No attic access from inside, no roof-line access so we're creating an access panel in the client's laundry room ceiling asap.

Baxter, that's corn dogs, not coon dogs.

Paul, either way is fine by my guests. They'll never know.
