Guys I'll just be starting out this spring with my ADC business and trying to cover the bases. I'd really appreciate seeing some examples of client contracts that you have them sign before beging work

I been in this business over 20 years & have never used one or have been asked to provide one. Yes there have been some miss under standing several times,4 or 5 i can think of. All elderly folks. I found out that i didn't explain it to them well enough on how things were going to work. For me i don't
find it necessary. Some here will disagree. Also look in the archives here for other views. I live in Iowa & people here are still "pretty" honest,well most of the time--ha

In Wisconsin if you follow the DNR guidelines you are required to have one signed. I know not everyone in Wisconsin uses one but I personally wouldn't do a job without having something signed.

Thats my thing I will have a signed contract before starting work, by law I have too, and have to for my own peace of mind. I was more or less looking for examples of contracts you guys have used that work for you. THANKS
