Thanks for sharing that, I had been looking some time ago for a quick system that would have these adjustable legs!

I don't feel I have a great tool or product that matches that level, but I do find my milwaukee inspection cam a great investment
and has a 5 year warranty should anything go wrong. Takes photos and video and though not in a huge megapixel number,
easily shows the client what you see behind the wall, I use it on bat inspections mostly and love it!

While it doesn't fit the smallest bat entry points, it fits most I run across! I have the extension but haven't used it yet.

We just sent a tech to WCTs training class in OH. We discovered a fantastic battery tool to cut hardware cloth for $34. I just picked up one today....and was worth the expense of the class. I would tell you....but I will leave that tip to BBMpres to share...

Is that the ZipSnip? Exactly what type of HWC are you using it on?

Ha Ha, Dave, I've got two different brands and the second one is cheaper and just as crappy! It really works pretty good for cutting rugs and carpeting though.

So, tell me what I'm looking at, here. Is it just some double sided tape? And what are the extension poles for?

I've used double sided tape in my home repair business but can't say that I can see it holding hardware cloth in place.

Muddawg, are you talking about Jakes post about the clean room plastic and extension poles?

This setup allows you to setup an isolation room, say you are doing a clean out on an attic and have to come
through the hallway or a room upstairs to a window or vac truck. This allows you to setup an isolated room to
prevent airborne particles from floating all through the house.

I am simplifying of course, there are airflow considerations and lots of other things, but the extension poles
and this setup can make it much easier to setup a room of that type for work needs, whether doing a clean out
or whether you are renovating a room in your house and want to contain drywall dust and debris, etc....

Of course if that wasn't what you were referring to disregard this whole post.

Like those tools Chris may have to order some. Also it took a year to invest in cougar paws and don't know what i ever did without them.

Dave, do you use those all of time or only in high wind and other sketchy situations?

jtptrap, both of those are important parts of my ladder "arsenal" check out the web page they have many uses and can be used in combination. I've been considering the paws but I'm not sure if mentally I could handle the extra roof pitch.

My guys use them daily.
