Any body have any good recipes for deer jerky? and directions? new to smoking meat so any help would be nice.

Well Vinny,
This is probably the easiest jerky recipe I've ever seen and one of the best that I've tried. I take both hams of a deer and cut them in to quarter inch stips(or whatever size you like for jerky) and marinade it with Allegro's marinade. Now I use 2 bottles of regular and one bottle of spicey and put the meat and marinades in a big enough container and cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge. I tend to let this sit for a couple of days (more if the meat is real gamey) stirring daily and then slap it in my dehydrator and dry to your taste.
