I am looking to offer a long term contract in addition to the 30 day program I have now. Im in the progress of writing this seasonal contract up I was wondering if someone could help with a templete or an example of a mole contract or just some key points that need to be covered.
Also, does anyone include on there contract about stolen/and or damaged traps are to be paid for by homeowner? What about price of mole caught on that stolen trap due to the unablity to catch or the catch that was in it?
