Just recieved a couple of orders of Comstock and AES traps. The Comstock traps were both beaver traps and the double doored traps, which have already paid for themselves in less than 4 days. Recieved 25 of the AES squirrel traps this morning and have 13 set already, they should be paid for by the end of the week. Both groups of traps are made so well at least I will have something I can hand down to my grandkids or even great grandkids.

First day with the 13 AES traps set and all 25 have been paid for. I wish it always worked out that way.

Pesky, (Ryan)

... Jim Comstocks wire triggered panless traps are a Completely separate style and size.

I believe you were making a Joke about AES buying out Comstock ... and hope all know its a Joke, because rumors fly like Wildfire on tman and sometimes cannot be put out.

Thanks for the Compliments though on the AES HD Line of Traps! (and tools)

Found 2 of the AES gutter squirrel traps on the driveway at a customers house today. One had raccoon hairs on it. Obviously a little small for the raccoon to get into but still strong enough to keep him out and able to take a licking and keep on ticking.

Dang coons that's a bummer when they start doing that and you know they will be back , that's one the reasons why I've went to mostly funnels using the excluder traps and stopped using bait almost compleatly , I have been using baited sets on this one job for over a month now . The people have the only pine trees around and the squirrels where chewing off the branches to build nests like crazy , I set traps up in the tree . I've removed 7 so fare . They called for a pickup Saturday and when I got there the squirrel was gone . The neighbor came over and told me the other neighbor has been coming over and letting them go ,so I moved the traps way up the tree now and out of site using the sidewinder I can just screw it to the tree and no wire needed and will catch two at a time ,when I get one I just simply open the bait door and do a cage transfer into a reg trap so i don't need to unscrew the trap . The customer asked why I had moved the traps so high and then I told her why ,her husband lost it and started off down the street with his wife hanging off him trying to stop him , I don't really bother me I've gotten a custom to it but wish someone would invent a locking system for the trap doors

Pesky, I would have a Talk with that neighbor myself... I know that in this State messing with any Traps that are not your own is a Crime. Customer or No, He should know that! ....or you could put up a camera and catch him in the act and turn it over to the DNR.
