Halibut Dip

This dip is a great way to start off a meal or bring to a pot luck. Make sandwiches with the dip. Serve it with tortilla chips or crackers.

1 pound halibut, minced and cooked with butter until done. Combine with:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 T chopped jalapeno peppers (I like the punch and add 1/4 c of the jalapeno juice)
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 T Dill mix (regular dill weed will work)

Mix together and put in a pie like pan and cook on 350 until heated!

Simplify your methods to the point of perfection.

Become fast,efficient & effective.

The real "SECRET" to successful trapping.

KEEP IT SIMPLE!
