Just wondering if many here get thier own? I dig some (wild) for my own use and some friends. I quoted wild as most the stuff I find is usually from old abondoned farm places which makes me think someone planted it at some point. How do others prepare thiers?

Grated, with a bit of vinegar and a touch of salt. Good stuff.
