Measured on a glove.

Just rub the Gusto on your upper lip and you'll be in good shape.

Y'all go ahead, and I'll give ya a grief ban. That's a new kind I've never tried out before and am anxious to see how it works... grin

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

Ark Trapper - "You know that you are watching too Paul!"

I surely am. I'm enjoying this at least as much as y'all are. I also anxiously await each new day's post from Okie. It'll be sad when its all completed.... kinda like the end of trapping season.

With three or four feet of ice that seems like a heck of a place for otter and beaver to live, is there any open flowing water at all in winter? The beaver feed piles would have to be huge I would guess?

Yeah this particular river has open spots all the time. That's why it is unsafe to use as a travel route. Places that were frozen yesterday may be open tomorrow.

Beaver grub piles don't seem all that large to me. I've seen much bigger ones on slower rivers. This water runs about 6-7 knots at my location.

Which river is that Ken? Where are you located, maybe that was mentioned earlier and I missed it?
