why not try it , i use it a lot in fleshing taxidermy , fish ,birds and bloody area's on deer, ect.
50 + years of trapping & some fur buying and i still know nothing.

had a guy tell me over and over to use it on coon BUT NOT BEARVER so iv never tried it on beaver. but u can do whatever u want its ur fur.
beavers dont swim through squares for fun... muskrats on the other hand

Borax, on coy,fx,cat ears and green bellies and saw dust on coon after a day or/so,

I put it on the hide side of beaver after fleshing, don't know if it helps or not, old guy that taught me did it so I have been doing it ever since.
Gun control, is hitting what your aiming at.

How do you use it on your beavers? Just rub it on, or lay the pelt flat and really load it up?

Only use borax for fur side out stuff on the head and under the arms to help dry, and also useit on stuff that might be on the verge of slipping, other wise there is no need for it on fresh stuff
