Well, I found a house to place a bid on and it's real CHEAP too !! $28,000 !! Think I am going to pass. Contains that CHINESE DRYWALL!! What a mess that would be to fix. Drywall, insulation, Copper pipes, Electric wiring ...

There's a place about a mile up the road from me that will probably be up for bid soon. Friends of ours had to let it go back to the bank, nice place, has electricity but no water. 2.2 acres I think, set up for a dog lot, but nice 2 bedroom log cabin.

Is that SNOW I see on the road at the Potter Marsh Weigh Station ???

I had minus 20 yesterday and it's warmed up to minus 15 this morning.

Hey Woodelf, I missed that...We dont have any snow. south of houston got a few inches last night, but we are bare ground, just a trace of snow.

And the marshes just have the crust frozen over. Anyone on 4 wheeler ought to be careful in the marshes....Its a PITA once a quad falls thru that frozen crust!!!

FINALLY got some snow last night... couple inches, but it's a start!!

I heard on the radio this morning that this is the second latest we've ever had the first snow of the year in the Anchorage area. The latest was November 10th.

Snow for trappers only comes in two amounts:

Too much or too little.....!

All I know is it'll be good to see fresh tracks on the ground again.
