Chop saw, cut off wheel on a 4 1/2" angle grinder, or cut off wheel in a 7 1/4" circular saw. Used them all. I even used a hack saw, saws-all, bolt cutters, and couple I chewed in half too. I reccomend the first three options.

the circular saw metal cutting blade is by far the cheapist route if you dont own a cutting torch or a chop saw........the blades come in several different thicknesses at lowes for around 3 dollars and up
