Ele winch for pulling hides. Don't know how I did it for years with out one now that I have used it for two seasons.

sawdust for the floor
a sturdy workbench
a sturdy comforatable chair
GOOD LIGHTING-for me this is a must,half lit dark =cut hides
brooms,shovels,and large trash recepticle
freezers to put hides when I get overwhelmed.
55 gallon plastic drum cut in half to make two containers with handles for carcasses.
somebody to skin,scape,and stretch critters,would be wonderfull

A magnetic tool bar above or near the skinning table, to keep your knives and tools off the table. A friend that has a 54" chest and wears a size 4 hat isn't bad either!!
