Walleyed is right and you may not believe me but I know because of what I went through. Churches can be bad for mold which creates mycotoxins. Totally environmental. My family and I were all sick from mold in our home and I'm still recovering from it. Watch for how you feel in other places as well. Many times old darker places or homes can be a problem. It doesn't have the same effect on everyone because genetics play a role in how your body methylates. Water damaged homes can cause alot of problems if not remediated. Mold can mimic and cause a variety of symptoms. If anyone wants to know more on this feel free to contact me as I have learned a lot on this issue.
