I got no dog in this fight, watching because the wife is crazy for Iowa. I will say though, all players like Clark get the “what have you done for me lately treatment”.

I just read something interesting. South Carolina lost all 5 starting players from last years team for this year. I think they only lose one starter from this years team so they will be a force again next year.

They shouldn’t have shown close ups of the 6’7” drag Queen or number 2&12 on South Carolina team . The mustache and side burns makes it hard to defend that they are women. Just saying

As for the game Iowa coach surprised me. Once she saw the refs weren’t going to call fouls she kept sending her girls into the trees. The only chance Iowa had was to live or die from outside. In fact as soon as they started taking it inside the lead diminished. Yes they did score some on fast breaks. But on half court offense too many empty trips down the lane !

Agreed, Iowa missed too many shots in the paint and had too many turnovers trying to get points on fast breaks.

My wife says some women take testosterone just to bulk up and gain strength. That would explain some.

There's a darn good reason South Carolina went 38-0 they really are that good. What's really amazing is that The coach built that team mostly out of the transfer portal and girls she had left over from last year that weren't even starters. Incredible coaching job if you ask me. Having a 6-7 girl as a rim protector really helps. They could really shoot and they were very athletic. This is a school that produces great teams year after year.

Iowa having the best player in the nation, surrounded by other good players, got them a long ways but it wasn't enough to go all the way. It was really fun to watch and especially cool for a lot of us who have been Hawkeye fans for most of our lives.

But I don't have any interest in watching the WNBA, and this run is over for the Hawkeyes, so I guess I'll go back to ignoring women's basketball starting today.

I could coach that team. Throw it up on the rim or at the rim. If it don’t go in the drag Queen or one of to man child’s will rebound. If that don’t work just tackle them I got 9 players and a bunch of fouls to work with
