Beaver carcus are $1 a lb here including tails. They grind them and sell them to people feeding dogs raw meat. Pretty sure hearts, liver, lungs, etc also go into the ground meat.

you have to make sure to harvest them in the late fall/winter to get the most oil out of them because they store more fat during this time
