Seen huge strides forward in the industry in the last two decades.

Then I go in behind the big T today and see glue boards set out for raccoons. Literally glue boards right beside coon crap in the attic. But hey they got the exclusion. Pieced together unpainted scrap piece hardware cloth on the gable vents, coil stock patches on the soffit corners, unsealed of course to hasten the rot and forget about using a proper brake to bend it.
Nothing done at all at the foundation level.
And must not have ever set foot on the roof or bothered to look over the gutter on the back corner as they were slapping a worthless patch on the bottom of the soffit to see the classic raccoon entry.



But it is what it is.

People sure are funny!

Sigh. Which of those things clued the customer in to call someone else?


Most fun one I saw with raccoons was rolling up to see a bunch of footholds on the roof. I can just imagine the catch circle depicted in the shingles, much less how the guy was planning to get the raccoon off the roof, lol.
