Yep, just water bath for the time being. Might add a pressure canner this year. Thats only a part of the jar collection. We are smal timers.

looking good if you put 2x4 down from the floor joist against the cement wall and join them all at the floor you can put another set of shelves over the freezers down a few feet from the ceiling
because pantries are like gun safes , never big enough
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Canned venison is basically one of the best meals I ever eat. I'd think harvesting a couple with one of thr rifles you make wearing your bucksins could only make it taste better@ !
