brought on sauce I use sweet baby Ray's but I add apple cider vinegar and bbq rub to it.. I like a stronger vinegar bite.. I always use sauce on the side, sometimes I sauce ribs but I love bark so much........ [Linked Image]

My son did a big old roll of bologna glazed with honey last time we were in Arkansas. Don’t sound all that good but it was awesome.

one of the greatest things to come out of a smoker... PIT Beans... They have Meat, onions, peppers, tons of rub, brown sugar, about a full bottle of sauce... A full meal in itself [Linked Image]

I like sweet baby rays too but I add a few ingredients too it.
