Seems like its the go too #11 since no one can get sleepy creeks these days.. Its a fine trap though

So I will probably get a dozen of those Bridger #11's. And I will put wild river pans on there, but I would like to base plate them because I am not a fan of the triangle J-hooks on the springs. What base plate would I use?

Just my take....the base on the Bridger might be the heaviest on ANY #11 trap...not necessary in my mind. If you have a welder friend have him put a bead on the j-hook if you think it is necessary.

Bridger #11 is a great coon trap.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.
