No one wants to admit it but here in the U.S. anybody who wants to earn an honest living is earning one.

Racism IS alive and well. If your white apply to work on one of those construction crews where no one can or is willing to speak English. Go into a black neighborhood and see if you get hard looks, less than friendly or even rude speech. I ignore it. Which is my advice to anyone. It wont stop. So accept it and go on.
