What type of sale - sealed bid or open auction? How many buyers are you expecting. Thanks 4 so far have shown, anticipating 2 more. That's all I know .

Sale went well , From what I could see cats averaged well over 300 I'm thinking coyotes mid 20s Rats 3 bucks All the pine marten sold and I didn't catch the price. Will try to get more accurate results in a day or two .

Beaver looks a little low but everything else looks like it went good in today's market. With only 26 (beaver) hard to say if that is a good true average. I noticed that there wasn't any otters on the sale.

Otter are protected, we have beaver , our rivers and streams are just opening. Lake will be icied in for a wile.

Nice looking fur. Some of the prices are pretty decent.
Most in this country have things people in other countries only dream about. Yet, they want America to be more like those other countries.

The sale in Thompson Manitoba before Christmas only brought around $40+ USD for northern Canadian Marten.

Bobcats look so good.
Do they go to coat making furriers? I'm thinking that a good number of these cats will probably end up in Greece. Yes farriers. Curious that western Marten prices have held up from sale to sale. I guess We will see in a couple of weeks if it means anything in the broader fur market. possibly someone has an order to fill

Anyone know what all buyer's showed up? A gentleman buying for George C, Criss Lund, and 3 others I believe. One man from Colorado. And a couple fellow from Douglas I believe.
