I bought one and didn’t really like it for skinning but use the tail stripper.Stripper works pretty slick but the vise grip slips off a greasy coon hide and I think you would ruin the hide if I clamped any harder.Maybe I could rig it with two vise grips like a regular skinning machine uses.I plan on making a roller skinning machine for next year-pretty cheap if you do it yourself.

I use mine a lot but you have to be careful on where you clamp it or you will rip off the rump and tail. I think a wide jawed vice grips would work better or two as suggested.


Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
