Zim made his wondrous Garlic Scallops Mascarpone for my birthday supper tonight!

[Linked Image]

That was fantastic! I am so full right now!!!!! laugh

(For those of you observant types who may be wondering, we never remove the abductor muscle from sea scallops - unless we have company. It just doesn't bother us!)

I hope you are all having something great for supper! Let's hear about it!

Had my oldest daughter’s birthday party today. Barbecued bratwurst that she wanted. Hamburgers and hotdogs for the younger ones. Wife made all other stuff that I don’t care for. Important thing is they all liked it all.

Moose tenderloin butterfly cut, seasoned, grilled very hot and fast. Charred corn on the cob was the side dish.

Late again! That is one nice looking meal, for sure. I broke the budget last night and splurged on a big bowl of grape nuts cereal. MMMM-MM good!

Hey, Lufkin! Nothing wrong with some grape nuts. I figured you'd be happy about the lack of sour cream on that birthday supper though! Zim sure did do a nice job.

Trappingthomas, we can work out some kind of deal... laugh It was delicious!

Nice meal, Exredhead. We never mastered the instapot. Do you like it?

Dahlgren, that is beautiful! Thanks for the photo!
