Any one ever load with tight wad? Was thinking of trying this powder as it's available and at a better price point. So the name fits!! It will be for 12 gauge AA 2 3/4 probably 1 oz trap loads. Mostly wondering if it meters well and shoots good and all around opinion. These are just for trap loads.

Yea its a a good powder.. Designed for light loads like that

keep in mind tight wad is 14oz not a pound in a can

so you are actually getting 7/8 of a pound

I have only used it in mouse fart loads with cast and not shotguns

like everything figure you price per round to decide

I have a bunch of vintage doubles with 2 1/2" chambers I don't like to punish. I've been well satisfied with it. Throws a consistent charge out of my MEC and kills grouse easy enough.
