cereal and cat food

Whole kernel corn & bacon grease

Marshmallow strawberry jello. Put in gallon ziplock. Add vanilla flavoring until jello is pasty. Great snack also !

Cat food coated with molasses, coffee creamer or some other additive is better than just plain cat food.
But I think the most important thing is to use something that coons actually want to eat. If one of your ingredients is bitter or otherwise tastes bad, the coon is going to leave without hitting the trigger.

mini marshmallows and cheap off brand fruit loop cereal

dog kibble what ever the dog is eating that I have in the house in a clean gallon milk jug

fish or shellfish oil doesn't take a lot

shake it the kibble should all be coated but not soggy

you can pour it in a DP with out ever touching it

Dry dog or cat food with a little of the mcd's bbq sauce mixed in. They can't resist it. i barely can..

Dry Dog or cat food, caned cat food, Marshmallow if if really getting fancy some coolaid packet with sugar mixed with them for added sweet smell. Now the way they plug up coyote sets any coyote lure or bait would probably be best.

I only use dps around the house and barn to avoid cats. Or when the kids want to trap other locations and need more traps to put out and it's all I have left. They work well enough are fast to bait and put in.

Big hunks of polish sausage. They can't get it past the trigger.

Corn when rain is in the forecast, peanuts when it’s dry. Ain’t had a coon or possum ever turn it down. If you really want to spice it up, throw a little grape or cherry koolaide on top.

the liter Gatorade bottles cut the bottom out about a half inch up , peel the label off

they stack in buckets easily, they have a bright color cap to make them easy to see
and they are clear so you can see your bait and if the mice have been getting at it
they will stay on through a good storm

That’s a great idea!!! I always used marshmallows with tutti fruity lure but I bet Froot Loops would be more fun!!

If you don't snack and eat all your bait.
