Im looking for some thickener that works with glycerin/food based lure... I know JR Sons sells a thickener, Kaatz bros sell a thickener... MTP has petro, then of course things like agar agar and so on.. Does anyone have any exp with the thickeners sold by suppliers? did they work well with glycerin? thanks

My experience with thickening glycerin is limited. The only thing ive used is petro as you mentioned earlier. Heat it up first so its thin as it mixes with the glycerin better. Still might get a bit of separation but thats all I have for ya. hope it helps.

It worked as I needed. It doesnt seem to have any odor to the human nose. I do have other ingredients and another base in my particular lure that was formulated with it. But it came out very well.
