There's a bakery near me that will have 6 gal buckets in the dumpster for free. Really nice for fishing stuff, and Sam's Club Bakery uses 2 gal buckets of icing that are pretty handy.

Google “Swamp Bucket”. The most surprising use of a 5 gallon bucket.

what is that a hot water heater element in a bucket?

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

If you can find them , the square buckets are more useful. They take up less space.

These once had rat poison bait blocks in them.

Also , if you hack one up , they can hold a 220 in a cubby for urban wildlife control.

Yep. It’s a water heater element. Had a guy do a low country boil in one on the beach, and it was delicious! I was skeptical when he showed up with that for his cooking apparatus.
