I've been away for trapping a long time and recently purchased a new property that I'm managing for deer. We've got a little bit of a coyote problem and I need to get on them. Looking at supplies and the amount of baits and manufactures on the market these days is crazy. Back in the day, gorman's powder river paste bait was my go to bait for dirt holes. Looks like it's still made, but pretty expensive. What are you guys having good luck with? I'm in northeast Ohio.

NO BS Lures Lethal Injection bait is the best I've found. He makes a winter blend that is really good also.

There are two baits that have really been working great for me this year, Cavens Hiawatha Valley and Jamesons "xXx Matrix" Predator Bait, bobcat meat formula. If I had to choose 1, it would be Jamesons.

Kaatz bros. Red Label has been good to me. Powder river too. The Red Label is a sweeter smelling bait, maybe muskrat?

I think some baits work better than others depending on the area of the country you're trapping in, where i am most mouse based baits seem to work better than others.
