It's what's for dinner.

Looks pretty good. I love fish tacos, and you did it correctly; white sauce and no cheese.

I've never had a fish taco. They sound good. Any tips to making one?

Fried fish, pico de Gallo consisting of avacado, red onion, tomato and a squeeze of lime juice. The sauce is sour cream, Sriracha, garlic powder and a little lime juice. The slaw is whatever you like. I prefer an apple cider vinegar based type for fish tacos, although, I will go with Jimmy's Cole slaw dressing if I'm pressed for time.

There are a couple folks on here who have my fish taco sauce
recipe. This is not my original creation, but was/is Rubios resturant's in San Diego.
I'll try my best to remember. I have it written down at home.

1 cup Mayo (NOT Miracle Whip)
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
2 TBS diced and crushed capers
2 or so garlic cloves run through a press
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp white pepper
Fresh lime juice to taste and consistency
Then add a little at a time; powdered Thai chili pepper.
You want just enough heat so you can tell it's there, but not so much that it makes the sauce hot.

Serve on a corn tortilla with shreaded cabbage and lime wedges for additional flavour.
