He is probably one of the best offense play designer out there and has many students of his in leadership places in the NFL. The smart thing he has done is find a really good defensive coordinator and develop a strong D to go with the offense they have. KC has a young QB who has been able to avoid injuries to date, they could be strong for several more seasons. I don't know the culture of the coaching staff with the Ravens but when you play in big games against strong teams you need to leave your butt-headed attitudes in the locker room and play the game. There is so much talent on those fields that it is the mental issues that can win or lose games. Bryce
