Don’t put those traps near the new tracks, put them ( on ) the new tracks you found. I can’t stress enough that this is what everyone means when they say set ON sign . Will do, thanks.

Fresh liver works good on reds here. I think they get use to deer from all the gut piles they run across

There's 5 reasons why a animal comes to a scent, they want to:
Eat it Fight it Breed it Wear it Or curiosity.
Your fresh smelling baits they'll generally want to eat if your yotes have full bellies, they probably won't be good interested. Fouled smelling baits like that stomach bait, they'll try to wear it. I think the wear it responses are more universal attractants that work all year. Food responses are more fickle unless you get into areas with hard winters. Or urinate on it.

I use an old blender to get fresh liver as close to liquid as possible I did add some glycerin to make it a little more runny and keep it from freezing. I like it and so do the k-9s Interesting. I found when I liquified liver with a blender it seemed to lose that unique smell. But if it works for you then it it's the right stuff.

Less glycerin early in the season

How much of this liver smoothie do you use at a set? Sounds like a slick way to use it compared to chunks and they can't steel it either. I fill a small poke hole. Regular dirt hole I squirt some down in the hole a around the lip of the hole. I use a Heinze no drip katcup bottle. Works good if it's runny enough

I like it and so do the k-9s I like the glycerine idea. I ground up some deer liver and lungs but never thought to add the glycerine as antifreeze. I use a teaspoon full in dirt holes and hay sets. Coyotes seem to like it.
