Turn the ears nose lips and skin out the feet, then flesh it.I have clean skinned bear, fleshed on a beam and frost scraped.Frost scraping a bear hide is by far the fastest easiest way to do it.But you need to freeze the skinned hide in a freezer until winter to frost scrape, then stretch and dry it like any other pelt.
You can lace it on a frame made of poles or 2x4's,
Or stretch it on plywood or side of a shed.
If you use a plywood sheet you need extensions at the sides and bottom corners for the legs/feet.

Bears are selling for good money at the auction last few years.

When you say, “turn” do you mean split the lips , eye lids , and remove ear cartilage?

Yes split lips in all cases, and split the eyelids if thick or drying conditions are marginal.
You can remove the entire cartilage from the ears and nose if you want or if your drying conditions are marginal, but just turning them is sufficient in good drying conditions.
That means skinning out the back of the ear,you can leave the cartilage attached to the front of the ear,but turn it inside out to dry-same with the nose.
After turning trim the meat away from the butt of the ear and sides of the nose butt. Also make sure there are no folds-I use cardboard cut like little stretchers to keep the nose and ears standing up to dry.
