I received a call from a lady saying that her bug guy thought she had critters in her crawl because the insulation was torn down in spots and "stringy". I took a look and found no points of ingress or egress, no tracks, feces, etc. I ended up telling her she probably has mice, maybe a snake but nothing larger. Has anyone else run into something similar?

Thanks, Wally

Sure. Gravity can tear it down too.

Sell her a seal up, tear out, and replacement! What’s the floor like? Any moisture barrier potential?
