I think they are large. I have the same gloves but without the metal staples. I normally get a smaller size like medium but those gloves work for me. Plus as an added benefit , being they are slightly big on me , many times when handling a squirrel , I will slide my hand back a little bit and let the squirrel bite the fingertip of the glove. Keeps them busy and not biting you somewhere else.

Good gloves , worth the money.
