Pasteurizing is basically heating the material. I run it 145 -168 degrees and shut it down once the temperature hits the desired figure.Let it cool over nite and its done.I have run it higher but I havent found it is necessary plus you will loose some thru evaporation if you boil it. Must keep it covered to reduce loss of moisture.It will recycle from the lid if done properly.

No, I use a Pennsylvania siphon from walmart. :)The kind you use for kerosene use etc.
