Best you can hope for sadly is it stays flat, I dont see anything thag would lessen the rafeln the horizon.

Inflation will continue to get worse. It is effecting our lifestyle big time.

It will get worse . Interest rates will go up further slowing the economy. But on the bright side business will be able to keep what they get in in stock since few will have money to buy. Old deals should start aft we r a while trying to get people to buy.


But I have been expecting a major down turn for a long time and have only seen inflation so far so what do I know. It has made me not as willing to change jobs. Who wants to be the new guy during a downturn and be the first to get layed off? Not when I have 16 years in where I am at now.

raw materials certainly aren't getting any cheaper ,

we have an economy largely based on Debt as an asset , we saw that collapse starting in 2006 and really hit hard in 2009-2010 we probably are about to see the bubble burst 2.0 202X edition

We will probably spend about the same as in past years, but there will be changes in where it is spent, More on utilities, food, fuel and much less on travel or major travel. We get several fliers from travel agents we have booked with in the past and the cost of travel even in the USA has gone up way, way, way past inflation rates in general. Good time to stay home and up date computer and some other items. Took 5 months to get the new furnace for our cabin, but can't complain it cost less installed then the one we put in 7 years ago which became defective.

Hiring is improving here. Maybe inflation will lessen.

Heard recently the feds are raising interest rates to help stop or slow the inflation.

Absolutely it's effecting everyone's lifestyle, unless you're wealthy, you don't notice as much.

Got groceries the other day they didn't have any bags and barely had enough change to give me.

I got sticker shock today! Several items I buy weekly at the grocery store have went up as much as a dollar from last week!!
