fossil2 trapper F Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,552 minn	im not an authority or a collector, but if thats a factory trigger configuration, id guess it was intended for use in water sets for fox and fisher. the sod or whatever was used for a stepping stone, would sit just above the water line, but not high enough to interfere with the trap closing. just a guess on my part. hope someone jumps in who's in the know.
