Then don’t move to KY!! 95° and 90% humidity sucks. Then you got Texas.... where they get 12” of rain a year and we get that in a month pretty often. It’s just 105° and dry as cotton.

Used to get roofs, cars, even houses totaled by hail every year back when I lived in Colorado Springs. Hail season was the time when insurance companies paid big time. Repair companies made a fortune though.

Where I live now, it’s 83 today, humid, hot, and tons of bugs. Not very enjoyable when you have 60 chickens and a bunch of cows to take care of. To be honest, I’m not a big fan of farm animals. I love my dog(Doberman Pincher), but domestic animals take so much, and they don’t give much back, lol.



I’m all good, I’ve got a couple different jobs, trying to finish up school for the year, and lots of prep for next trapping/hunting season. How about yourself?

Honestly though the goats are doing good. One got bloat but I saved it. One is about to have babies. I’m doing pretty good myself.

I want cows. Not many 10-15 to keep me busy and eat a couple.

No tornado, but some funnels did form. They didn't touch down though.

Had pretty close call with a tornado a few years back. Just a few miles from my house

We had a tornado hit about a mile away from us 3 or 4 years ago and us being us just stood on the porch watching trees fall all over the place while discussing signs of tornadoes. Lol

I watched a tornado at church once. It was about 5 miles down and like heading out direction kind of. It would have hit us if it wanted to.

My last day is June 3rd. Then off to college!

Haha my dad likes it so I doubt they’d get rid of it. It makes a great farm truck and with 16mpg it isn’t so bad you can’t take it to town. It’s got a 302, new transmission, glass pack, and it doesn’t use a drop of oil.

I drive it mostly here on the place and it will be my go to work/ trapping rig this fall.

For the past 16+ years we've had a neighbor lady who we would visit every Wednesday. She had M.S. and was confined to her house; my sister worked for her for several years. She was a very good friend but had to go to the nursing home almost 3 years ago. Just received word that she died this morning. We visited her last week and she told us that she loved us. You could literally see in her eyes that we was dying. Please say a prayer for her soul!

I’m so sorry! I will absolutely pray for you and the family. I understand the feeling of loss, a dear friend of ours recently passed away.

We also just found out today that myself and from brother Justin (Want To Be) are to be her pall-bearers this Thursday.
