Marshmellows can work pretty good, especially if you are near town. Coons that have raided garbage cans at any point know that these things are like candy!

I've caught coon on everything from Tastee Kake PB&J Krimpets to to fishey stuff and even the rankest coyote bait.The key is to be where the coon are. Coon can even act like a coyote at times.They might blunder into any set you have out or walk right passed the slickest pocket on your line.

Gallon ground catfish trimmings, cup of salt, pint of fish oil, 3-4 oz shellfish oil, mixed thoughly , put in quart bags, freeze till season. Thaw ,put tablespoon full in a hole guarded by trap on drowning slide. Priceless.
