How many glands are you talking about - one pair that you are experimenting with, or a 4 oz. jar of them.

Mink glands are used as an ingredient in a variety of lure formulations, and as any lure, it is used at many combinations of sets that would normally incorporate a "lure" into it's presentation as may be prescribed for the target species.

Are you going mink trapping or coyote trapping tomorrow?

You may consider maximizing that limited supply by mushing them up in about a 1/2 ounce of glycerine, glycol, or something similar (mineral oil) to extend it with a piece of dowel for short term usage - instead of using a whole gland at one set. By making a little "paste" out of the two glands, you can make more than two mink sets with it while you are experimenting.
