They are out of Chicago and the wire is out of China. I've used them in the past and the wire isn't bad, but it doesn't have the same amount of coating nor do I believe the wire is as good as Riverdale. But since there is a huge price difference between the two, you can't expect it to be the same product. On the flip side, customer service wise I've gotten better service from Fencerwire than Riverdale with having to do a return due to being sent the wrong size.
Case in point, I've still got some 1 x 1 1x2 coated 14 ga from Riverdale I bought about 15 years ago that shows no signs of wear, while the 16 ga 1/2 x 1/2 from Fencerwire I bought last year shows rust on every cut and some breakdown on the coating.
Another company to checkout and at least get a quote from is Louis E. Page at louispage.com and they are the only wire company to have supported our industry I'm aware of. Tell Cheryl (she used to work for Riverdale) that you were referred by WCT as they used to advertise in WCT Magazine. I've also worked with Wire Cloth Man, but had an issue getting quotes when you didn't buy immediately afterwards.

You can buy attachment shears for cordless drill now. I had a set a few years back, but they ran away somewhere. Worked well.

Will that drill attachment cut 14 gauge? I bought the 18 ga Milwaukee shears assuming they could cut a larger gauge mesh, since it was not continuous, but the wire wouldn't even fit between the blades... the one I had would. I use to build commercial grade rabbit hutches with it. I can't remember where I got it from. I have made do with Hardee siding shears, but I doubt you would get more than a few months of use with them.
