I went over just in time to see a guy paying for this trap. Sale price was 10 bucks. Told the buyer I was on the backhoe around the corner and would make it worth his while if he wanted to sell it. Figured my day was pretty much ruined till he drove up awhile later. Talked him out of it but it cost me $100. I was happy to get it for $100 but would have been way more happy at $10.

Old Smoke, I saw that chain and didn't even pay much attention to what it was attached to. Should be fairly easy to find a matching spring. Looks like an unstamped ATC style.

Just so you know: That was everything I had saved for the NTA western in Sturgis. Now I might have to hitch hike out there in hopes that someone has a 4 1/2 spring for free.
