Fellas in the last month, I have started getting quite a few parcels of roots and herbs that can be sent to me a lot cheaper on postage, if you quit using flat rate boxes. Flat rate boxes are good if your shipping steel products or concrete or extremely heavy items for their size. I see boxes that can be shipped for half or a little more in price if you quit using flat rate. flat rate is making the post office a fortune in over priced shipping fees.
I use first class parcel where possible. to give you a good idea. I received a small box of Ginseng in the mail that cost the shipper about 3.50 to ship to me. The box only traveled a 100 miles, but, I think the same amt. of seng in a flat rate box would have cost at least 5 or 6 bucks.
