KeithC OP trapper K Joined: May 2009 Posts: 15,631 Champaign County, Ohio.	I went morel hunting this evening. I did not find any morels, but harvested ramps for the first time ever. I have seen them many times, but never knew what they were. They are pretty abundant. How do you guys cook them? Does anyone have any recipes they would like to share? Keith

Pasadena trapper Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 2,628 Ohio, 55yrs old	Put them in any dish you would put onions/garlic or just eat raw. I also put them in a dehydrator and then a food processor, then to a seasoning shaker and add it to food throughout the winter.
