I know that everyone shares a passion for their business, hobby or way of life. But, stating negative comments about a competitor on a public forum is very unprofessional.

Just an observation, from a neutral party...

Further, when a potential customer searches for their company online....the thread may appear. Imagine the damages....

Dave, I totally disagree; however, the boss, ( my wife ) and the foreman of this outfit ( P.J. ) forbid me to say anything bad about the competition because we steal so many jobs from them. The rest of you might want to think about that aspect.

I have to agree with Paul. If I buy a product from a Co. and they send the wrong item. Bill me twice or takes forever to get the item and this happens more than once. I have a right to let people know this Co. is not the best to deal with. As long as I am stating the facts. Now as far as ADC work, that is a different story. We all do things in different way and sell our services for different prices. If you are not doing a good job you will not be around long.

If you are a customer, then you ought to make a review. If you are a competitor, then you are setting yourself up for some trouble.

Then, there s number 10 on NWCOA code of ethics. Even if you are not an active member, doesn't it make sense? Certainly, there was some consensis on these codes.
